ABOUT LYNETTE

Lynette is a Minneapolis-based acclaimed National Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Executive Mentor, author of The Confident Introvert, and Founder of Quiet Brilliance Consulting LLC.

Trained in psychology, she has more than 30 years’ experience in her field. She is one of the top international experts in introversion in the workplace, helping smart organizations maximize the potential of these quietly brilliant people who generate revenue for the company, and unlock innovation and expand leadership.

As a thought leader, she was a pioneer in the field of stress management, helping to transform workplace stress from a fringe topic to an internationally recognized challenge impacting companies across the world.

An expert on Subject Matter Experts, her ability to think outside the box has led her to focusing on the 50% of the population who are frequently left out of decision-making and leadership positions in our fast-paced business climate. Quiet Brilliance Consulting helps smart companies who are looking everywhere for leadership and innovation recognize the treasure they may already have within their workforce, and to unlock their full revenue-boosting potential to drive innovation, turbocharge collaboration and retain top talent in an increasingly competitive market.

She is currently working on her upcoming book, The Introvert CEO, due out in 2018, in which she is exploring the growing realization that introverts make some of the most successful CEOs.

Training programs designed and presented by Lynette have covered a variety of topics, including leadership, teamwork, communication, conflict resolution and gender differences in the workplace. She has found that 98% of the investment corporations make in training their employees is aimed at only 50% of employees.

Her focus is on enabling participants to maximize their full personal power to ignite collaboration and innovative thinking in their organization.

Focused. Practical. Insightful. Highly recommended. My time was well spent because – unlike countless other similar workshops – I left with practical insights.
