I notice more and more that as everything seems to speed up, people are concerned more about saving time.<\/span><\/p>\n I like to ask them this: \u201cWhere do you keep it? Under the mattress, in a bank shaped like a pig, in a safety deposit box?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n They generally look at me blankly. What can I mean?<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The general idea behind saving a commodity it this: you will have it available at some future date when you really need it.<\/span><\/p>\n Say you are speeding towards the airport, anxious because you are late. You could sure use about 30 minutes extra right now.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhew,\u201d you say to yourself. \u201cHow lucky I stored that away last month. I\u2019ll just make a withdrawal right now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Does it ever work that way?
